Orders ship Mon-Fri, except postal holidays. Most orders ship from Michigan.
One-to-nine-piece orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Larger orders may take additional days.

An order confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after you place your order online.
A tracking number will be sent after a shipping label is printed. Once the package has left our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for late, delayed, or non-delivery of goods.
We will do all that we can to assist you with any delivery problems and we will work with you to get another product sent if necessary.
For packages returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. In the case of no resolution, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be issued.
A new order will need to be placed if you still wish to receive the product(s).

If returning film, PLEASE HANDLE CAREFULLY! Film is fragile until applied. If re-rolling film, carefully roll it using light pressure. Package item(s) as carefully as they were when sent to you.

The Deluxe Screen Protector Installation and Care Kit is highly recommended for all electronic device screen protector installations. It contains all the necessary items to produce a successful and professional looking film installation. It will also be useful for maintaining the cleanliness of your device for everyday use after installation.

Give yourself peace of mind during your protective film installation by:

Removing Lint, dirt and dust which can cause bubbles during installation
Reducing the static that could attract dirt and dust to your screen
Prohibiting fingerprints by wearing the provided latex - free gloves
Using tacky tape to remove bubble causing dirt particles
Using the squeegee to push out any air bubbles that are not trapping dust

Anti-Scratch cleaner - cleans dirt off your screen or lenses without harsh chemicals. Photodon's Anti-scratch has a fruity scent, and it great for cleaning eye glasses, car mirrors, car in-dash displays, and much more!
Anti-Static spray – reduces static electricity on floors or table tops around your electronic equipment. Anti-stat is a great dusting companion!
Silky Microfiber Cloths – lint free, absorbent, scratch free and machine washable. These cloths are superior quality – and large. (one 14” x 14”, one 7” x 6”). You’re going to find many uses for these cloths beyond your installation.
Suede Microfiber – great for cleaning the surrounding areas of your screen and excellent for general purpose cleaning. Soft and large (16” x 12”).

This is a fantastic product for the XP-pen drawing tablet I am using it for. I think it's great that it comes with a tester patch to see if it has any compatibility issues with my screen. It doesn't leave any odd residue after taking it off a few days later. After putting on the actual protector on my screen, my tablet still picks up my pen from a distance (a cm or under away). It hasn't received any scratches so far in the month of daily use. And the anti-glare (25%) works well when working with the sun shining down on me.\n\nI will say the installation process takes a bit of time if you haven't done it before, but the instruction manual is very easy to follow. It's just a manner of skillfully getting rid of all of the dust in the surrounding area beforehand so none will come while installing. That was my biggest mistake, however, I can't see the specs of dust that did manage to stick to the protector unless the tablet is turned off.
